  • We ship exclusively via UPS to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Available Destinations & Shipping Methods
  • We ship to most countries globally where UPS International services operate.
  • Available international shipping speeds include:
    • UPS Worldwide Express: 1–3 business days (Morning delivery)
    • UPS Worldwide Saver: 1–3 business days (End of day delivery)
    • UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2–5 business days
    • UPS Standard: 3–7 business days (Canada and Mexico only)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
  • Florida Fiberoptics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • This includes customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and local value-added taxes (VAT/GST).

General Shipment Terms

Order Tracking
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  • This email will contain your UPS tracking number(s).
  • International tracking updates may vary depending on the destination country's local scans.

Damages and Claims
  • Florida Fiberoptics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact UPS immediately to file a claim.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
